The winch kit includes 50 ft. x 3/16 in. synthetic rope. Synthetic rope is extremely lightweight strong and won t kink fray curl or splinter. It is very easy to handle with no sharp edges and it floats in water. The rope features a durable stainless steel thimble with clevis hook and a protective sleeve to prevent damage from sharp or rough surfaces. With minimal stretch and rotation synthetic rope is easier to use and stronger than traditional steel wire rope. The winch kit also includes a lightweight precisely machined aluminum hawse fairlead to maximize the life of the synthetic rope. The fairlead features full black anodized finish with laser-etched logo.This winch kit has a 3500 lb. max rated line pull. It has efficient planetary gear and mechanical braking systems with a 171:1 gear reduction ratio 1.4 HP (12V DC) permanent magnet motor and comes with a convenient ergonomic handle bar mounted remote control for powering the line in and out. Other standard features include a free spooling clutch and rugged latched clevis hook.
