The ProAccurate Quick Read Digital Instant Read Thermometer has a wide temperature range from -40 to +450 deg F (-40 to +230 deg C), with +/- 1/2 accuracy. The thermometer features a waterproof, shatterproof face with large, easy to read digits inside stainless steel housing and attached to a 5" stainless steel probe. Ideal for thin cuts of meat, poultry or fish, the thermometer has an on/off switch with automatic shut-off after 10 minutes, a data-hold function that remembers your last reading, and can be recalibrated using the Selfset calibration function. The digital instant read thermometer's protective sheath has a temperature guide, so you always know at what temperature your food should be. The sheath can be used as a handle extension and has a pocket clip to keep the thermometer close at hand. The thermometer requires one 1.5V Button IEC LR44 Alkaline battery.
