AMACO Shino Opaque Glazes Classroom Pack are influenced by the humble earthiness of tea ceremony bowls, these glazes give a traditional high-iron look to any high fire clay body. Glazes yield wonderfully varied colors depending on their application thickness. A light application favors the warm rust base, a heavier application favors their opaque coloration. Textured surfaces enhance this effect. Suitable for red or white clay.
