This unique mat is composed of fiberglass and coated on both sides with a non-stick silicone allowing for the dough to be rolled out effortlessly. The Roll Pat is ideal for kneading beating and rolling dough or working with sugar and chocolate. When rolling out the dough on the top surface of the mat there is no need to sprinkle the mat or the dough with flour. This causes the dough to be less dry smoother finer looking and economical. The reverse side is skid resistant and secures itself to any working surface.
