The IDX IA-70a is a stand-alone camera AC power adapter with 1 XLR Output and 70W output (14.3 to 15.8 volts adjustable). There are many benefits from using the IA-70a which include a lightweight but rugged metal enclosure, built-in carry handle, adjustable output voltage and automatic overload protection. The IA-70a is perfect for powering portable cameras, as well as other broadcast equipment. The IA-70a weighs just 0.74 kg (1.65 lbs) despite an all-purpose rugged metal enclosure. An integrated carry handle is provided for easy handling. The IA-70a also has Universal AC input voltage for worldwide operation. Internal safety features protect the IA-70a from overload damage should an excessive load be drawn. It does this by automatically shutting down to recover. The IA-70a also produces 'low ripple noise' to reduce the chances of signal interference with nearby devices.
