Self-Stick Message Book maintains important records of telephone calls on carbonless two-part forms. The original has self-adhesive to stick to almost any surface while the duplicate remains in the book for your records. Page protector prevents write-through. Preprinted prompts include message recipient, date, time, caller, caller's information (company, phone, cell, fax and e-mail), and message-taker's signature. Prompts at the bottom let you indicate what kind of message with Phoned, Call Back, Returned Call, Wants to See You, Will Call Again, Was In and Urgent. Spiralbound message book offers four message forms per page and a total of 400 sets.
