Saddle pad for cross country or events that reduces pressure on the spine. The center of the concept pad pad is wider and thinner than traditional saddle pads. The concept line of saddle pads came when masters saddler's and saddle fitters became frustrated with some of the saddle pad designs. Some of the pads did not adhere to the saddle base due to the shape and wrong placement of attachments no matter how well the saddles were fitted. The best pad shapes have a good true wither drop. The concept pad tests exceptionally well under the pliance system with pressures greatly reduced and less friction between the horse and the saddle, hence no movement. Made of quilted cotton with a thin layer of foam and felt inside.
