PENTEL-Arts Oil Pastels. Pentel's oil pastels feature brilliant long-lasting and fade resistant colors for paper; board or canvas. These pastels apply smoothly and blend easily for subtle shades; tints; and color mixtures. These pastels can be diluted with turpentine or mineral spirits for a liquid application or you can brush over you finished project with a wet brush to blend and shade colors.
