Crazy Catch Professional Double Trouble has two sides intended for small and large size ball. Both sides have the patented net design that rebounds the ball at a random/unpredictable angle. First side is designed for random/unpredictable return angle with a small size ball (baseball, softball, tennis, etc. ). When a larger size ball is used on this particular side, it rebounds at a normal/predictable angle. The other side is designed for random/unpredictable rebound for a larger size ball (soccer, volleyball and basketball, etc. ). Random/unpredictable return works on athlete?s reflex whereas the normal/predictable return is ideal for repetition movement to work on muscle memory. Its design to be light and portable and easy to set-up. It fold into a compact form, requiring small space area to store.
