It is a 12VDC 4-channel Latch / Momentary switchable remote-control relay switch. The kit comes with a controller with 4 outputs that can be controlled individually by key-chain style RM handset. On the RM handset, there is a manual switch to set the RM modes C either Latch or Momentary. It is an On/Off remote relay switch that can be used in conjunction with any 12VDC applications such as lighting, landscaping, automobile or PC modding etc.
