• Smoke on the Bayou Seafood Boil

• Prepare a large pot with 1 gal of water, add 3Tble Spoon of salt and bring to boil
• Dump in Julia's Smoke on the Bayou Seafood Boil and add potatoes
• Boil 6 minutes, then add onions
• Bring to a boil for 2 minutes, then add corn. Boil for 12 minutes, add shrimp and boil for 2-3 minutes depending on size of shrimp
• Remove from heat and pour off liquid. When seafood is done, cover a picnic table with four to five layers of newspaper
• Remove everything from pot, drain, and spread in center of table. Serve with Biscuits, Cornbread or hushpuppies
