These specially designed V-shaped alumina ceramic hones fit the serrated edges of any kitchen, electric carving, fillet, bread and other serrated knives. Also features a V-shaped groove for sharpening pointed items. Each Lansky Sharpener System stone is mounted on its own specially designed holder with comfort, slip-resistant finger grooves. Each holder is color-coded and the grade of oil stone is embossed on it for instant identification.
